- Welcome to Net Onboard Sdn Bhd. By accessing or using our cloud computing, managed IT, cybersecurity, and digital solutions, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (TOS).
- These Terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and legal obligations when using our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
- Definitions
- “Company” refers to Net Onboard Sdn Bhd, a legally registered entity in Malaysia.
- “User” refers to any individual, business, or organization that accesses or uses our services.
- “Services” include cloud hosting, cybersecurity solutions, SaaS products, and IT management services provided by Net Onboard.
- “Account” refers to the registered user profile required to access certain services.
- Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
- Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account registration.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. The Company is not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence.
- Acceptable Use & Restrictions
- Users must not:
- Engage in fraud, cyberattacks, hacking, or illegal activities.
- Distribute malware, phishing content, spam, or deceptive materials.
- Violate intellectual property laws by storing unauthorized content.
- Breach Malaysian laws, including the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.

- Service Availability & Performance
- The Company guarantees 99.9% uptime, subject to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- The Company reserves the right to conduct scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
- The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party failures, force majeure, or customer misuse.
- Payments, Billing & Refunds
- Subscription fees are billed monthly/annually, subject to Malaysia’s Sales and Service Tax (SST) Act 2018.
- Payments must be made on time. Failure to do so may result in service suspension or termination.
- Refunds are issued only in accordance with our Payment & Billing Policy.
- Data Privacy & Security
- The Company complies with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.
- Personal and corporate data will not be shared without explicit consent, except when required by law.
- Security measures include AES-256 encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and ISO 27001-certified cybersecurity practices.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All software, trademarks, and proprietary technologies remain the property of Net Onboard Sdn Bhd.
- Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of our services.
- Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
- The Company’s liability is capped at the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
- Termination & Suspension of Services
- The Company may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms.
- Users may terminate their accounts at any time via their user dashboard.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by Malaysian law.
- Disputes shall be resolved through mediation before arbitration or litigation.
- Changes to These Terms
- The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
- Users will be notified of changes via email or system notifications.
