  1. Introduction
    1. Welcome to Net Onboard Sdn Bhd. By accessing or using our cloud computing, managed IT, cybersecurity, and digital solutions, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (TOS).
    2. These Terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and legal obligations when using our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
  2. Definitions
    1. “Company” refers to Net Onboard Sdn Bhd, a legally registered entity in Malaysia.
    2. “User” refers to any individual, business, or organization that accesses or uses our services.
    3. “Services” include cloud hosting, cybersecurity solutions, SaaS products, and IT management services provided by Net Onboard.
    4. “Account” refers to the registered user profile required to access certain services.
  3. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
    1. Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
    2. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account registration.
    3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. The Company is not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence.
  4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
    1. Users must not:
      1. Engage in fraud, cyberattacks, hacking, or illegal activities.
      2. Distribute malware, phishing content, spam, or deceptive materials.
      3. Violate intellectual property laws by storing unauthorized content.
      4. Breach Malaysian laws, including the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
  5. Service Availability & Performance
    1. The Company guarantees 99.9% uptime, subject to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
    2. The Company reserves the right to conduct scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
    3. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party failures, force majeure, or customer misuse.
  6. Payments, Billing & Refunds
    1. Subscription fees are billed monthly/annually, subject to Malaysia’s Sales and Service Tax (SST) Act 2018.
    2. Payments must be made on time. Failure to do so may result in service suspension or termination.
    3. Refunds are issued only in accordance with our Payment & Billing Policy.
  7. Data Privacy & Security
    1. The Company complies with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.
    2. Personal and corporate data will not be shared without explicit consent, except when required by law.
    3. Security measures include AES-256 encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and ISO 27001-certified cybersecurity practices.
  8. Intellectual Property Rights
    1. All software, trademarks, and proprietary technologies remain the property of Net Onboard Sdn Bhd.
    2. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of our services.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    1. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
    2. The Company’s liability is capped at the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
  10. Termination & Suspension of Services
    1. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms.
    2. Users may terminate their accounts at any time via their user dashboard.
  11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    1. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law.
    2. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation before arbitration or litigation.
  12. Changes to These Terms
    1. The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
    2. Users will be notified of changes via email or system notifications.
