3. Copyright Protection & Restrictions
   1. Company Copyrighted Works:
      1. Net Onboard holds copyright over all published and unpublished materials, including software code, marketing materials, and technical documentation.
      2. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of company content without permission is prohibited.
   2. Fair Use & External Use of Copyrighted Materials:
      1. External parties may not use Net Onboard’s copyrighted materials without written approval.
      2. Limited use of company materials for non-commercial educational or research purposes may be permitted with proper attribution.
   3. Employee & Partner Copyright Compliance:
      1. Employees and business partners must not use copyrighted materials without proper authorization.

4. Trademarks & Brand Protection
   1. Company-Owned Trademarks & Logos:
      1. Net Onboard’s logos, brand names, slogans, and service marks are protected trademarks.

      1. Unauthorized use of Net Onboard’s patented technologies will result in legal action.
      2. Customers and third parties must not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse patented solutions.
6. Confidential & Proprietary Information
   1. Definition of Confidential Information:
      1. Proprietary data, software, business strategies, and internal communications are classified as confidential.
      2. Employees must protect and not disclose company trade secrets without authorization.
   2. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs):
      1. Employees, vendors, and partners must sign NDAs before accessing confidential company data.
      2. Violation of NDAs may result in legal penalties, contract termination, or lawsuits.
7. Enforcement & Consequences for IP Violations
   1. Internal Violations by Employees & Partners:
      1. Unauthorized use, misappropriation, or leaking of company IP will lead to disciplinary action, termination, or legal action.
   2. External Violations & Third-Party Infringement:
      1. Net Onboard reserves the right to pursue legal action against external entities infringing its IP rights.
      2. Cease-and-desist notices will be issued before escalating to civil lawsuits or criminal prosecution.
   3. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Complaints:
      1. If Net Onboard receives a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice, affected content will be reviewed and removed if necessary.
